Andrea has a Degree in Psychology and is a Master Trainer in NLP. He trained under Robert Dilts at the NLPU in Santa Cruz, California, becoming a member of the Global NLP Training Consulting Community and the NLPU Academy of Trainers.
He is the founder of the Italian School of Systemic NLP Lexis, where he has been successfully teaching 3rd Generation NLP processes and is the Director of PNL Evolution, since 2012, a Systemic NLP School in Switzerland.
Andrea is a Counselor accredited by the SGfB (Swiss Association of Counseling) and an affiliated Trainer at NLPU – Santa Cruz, CA, USA.
He has been the Supervisor of the local Cantonal Psychiatric Clinic in Mendrisio. Additionally, he serves as a Supervisor for the training of Coaches and Business Consultants, accredited by the Swiss Federal Examinations Commission. He is also a certified instructor for FSEA (Swiss Federation for Continuing Education) for post school certificates.
